How do I receive a quote for an electric tuk tuk?+

How much does an eTuk cost?+
The standard passenger configuration has an MSRP of $27,999, and the standard cargo configuration has an MSRP of $24,999. Vending vehicles, custom builds, accessories, delivery and project-specific equipment require a written quote.
Do you offer financing?+
We can connect qualified buyers with financing partners. Approval, terms, and credit limits are handled by the financing provider.
Do you require a deposit?+
Deposits may be required for special orders, custom builds, or production scheduling. Final terms are confirmed during the quote and order process.
Vehicle Specs
How fast do eTuk vehicles go?+
Current eTuk configurations have a compact, low-speed operating profile, with a typical maximum speed around 25 mph depending on the vehicle, configuration and programming. The responsible authority determines where the vehicle may operate.
What is the driving range?+
Range depends on the selected battery, payload, route, speed, grades, weather, driving style and battery condition. Confirm the vehicle-specific U.S. specification and evaluate the intended route instead of relying on one general maximum-range figure.
Can the vehicles charge from a standard outlet?+
Many current U.S. configurations can charge from an appropriate 110V outlet using the supplied charger. Confirm the charger, connector, required circuit, amperage and charging time for the exact delivered vehicle before installation.
How many passengers does the L5 Limo carry?+
In the U.S. configuration, the L5 Limo is designed for one driver plus up to six passengers, depending on seating layout and final configuration.
Cargo, Vending & Custom Builds
What can I build with the L5 Cargo / Vendo GT?+
The L5 Cargo supports tools, supplies, delivery, facilities work and commercial utility roles. The Vendo supports customer-facing concepts such as coffee, bakery, ice cream, beverages, retail and branded activations. Final equipment and utilities must be listed in the written project specification.
What is the cargo box size?+
A draft cargo-body drawing shows nominal exterior dimensions of approximately 71 inches long, 53 inches wide and 57 inches high. Manufacturer materials also publish an up-to-800-kg platform reference, but final payload depends on the body, options, driver, load distribution and applicable requirements and must be confirmed for the delivered vehicle.
Can the cargo box be customized?+
Yes. The modular setup allows custom configurations such as canopy doors, fixed walls, swing doors, roller shutters, serving layouts, branded panels, and equipment-specific buildouts.
Can auxiliary equipment use solar power?+
Solar is generally better used for auxiliary equipment such as fridges or as part of a stationary charging setup. Solar panels directly increasing driving range usually provide limited benefit.
Safety, Compliance & Operation
Are eTuk vehicles DOT compliant?+
DOT compliant is not one universal registration status. Each delivered eTuk is supplied in a street-ready configuration with an individual 17-character VIN and applicable vehicle documentation and labeling. State and local authorities determine title, registration, licensing, insurance and permitted roads.
Do the vehicles have seat belts?+
Yes. While seat belt requirements vary by category and jurisdiction, eTuk vehicles include safety belts for passengers and driver.
Do the vehicles have reverse?+
Yes. Current vehicles include Drive, Neutral, and Reverse.
Are the vehicles meant for off-road use?+
No. eTuk vehicles are designed for normal roads, campuses, resorts, private properties, communities, urban routes, and similar operating environments.
Warranty, Parts & Service
What is the warranty?+
Warranty coverage depends on the vehicle, components, and purchase terms. New vehicle warranty terms are confirmed during the sales process and should be reviewed before purchase.
What is the expected battery life?+
Lithium battery warranty is typically 3 years, with expected lifespan often longer depending on use, charging habits, and cycle count. Battery end-of-life is generally considered when usable capacity drops below 80%.
Can spare parts be ordered?+
Yes. Spare parts can be ordered, and eTuk USA can help determine availability, compatibility, pricing, and lead time based on the model and production year.
Business in the Box
Can I start a business with one eTuk?+
Yes. Many concepts can start with one vehicle: tours, resort shuttle service, mobile vending, mobile bar, ice cream service, event mobility, branded activations, or local delivery.
