Vehicle evaluation FAQ

Answers before you submit.

Accurate information helps us determine whether a vehicle qualifies for the next stage of review.

What types of vehicles can I submit?

You may submit tuk tuks, golf carts, neighborhood electric vehicles, electric utility vehicles and other specialty mobility platforms. Submission does not guarantee that the vehicle will qualify.

Does submitting the form guarantee an offer?

No. The form begins an initial review only. It is not an appraisal, purchase offer, trade-in credit, acceptance or binding agreement.

What photos should I provide?

Include clear photos of the front, rear, both sides, interior, controls, identification plate, battery compartment and any damage or missing parts.

Do I need a title or ownership documents?

Provide all available ownership documents and disclose any lien. The owner must be legally authorized to offer the vehicle for sale or trade.

How is a potential value determined?

A potential value depends on vehicle identity, age, operating condition, battery condition, documentation, location, transportation cost and current market demand. A physical inspection may be required.

Can a non-running vehicle be submitted?

Yes, but disclose that it does not run and describe known mechanical, electrical, battery and parts issues. Non-running vehicles may not qualify.

Can I trade toward a new eTuk?

A qualified asset may be considered as part of a new eTuk purchase, but eligibility and any credit must be confirmed in a written agreement.

What happens after submission?

The team reviews the information and may request additional photos, records, inspection access or transportation details before discussing available options.
